Arrow Records, home of "Music That Pierces The Heart," is proud to release Where Never Begins, the much awaited new EP from hip-hop/rock/soul artist Shonlock, available in limited release from the 9th of November.

Heralded by GospelCity.com as "Christian hip hop's most distinguished and gifted freshman," the multi-instrumentalist and pop/rock/soul singer learned his craft in the clubs of Chicago before working as choreographer for Aaliyah and later a dancer with Arrested Development.

Where Never Begins is his first record for Arrow, who will release a full-length Shonlock album in 2011.

"Something In Your Eyes," is the hypnotic hook-filled first single from Where Never Begins.  You can download the single now from iTunes.

Additional tracks on Where Never Begins include "Simple Man," "Put Ya House," "Q2GO," "Set It Off," and "Monsta'."

An important emerging voice on the new spirit-filled urban rock scene, Deshon "Shonlock" Bullock takes his sonic inspiration from R&B and soul, contemporary pop and rock music, finding a high energy groove in the fields of the Lord.  A master showman who sold more than 15,000 CDs out-of-trunk to newly converted fans at his concerts, Shonlock shares his connection to God's love, and his love of God's music, with his audience every time he hits the stage.

Arrow Records recording artist Shonlock has been invited to open for the Christian Grammy-winning hip-hop pop-rocker TobyMac and the platinum-selling industrial Christian rock band Skillet on the cutting edge touring extravaganza "TobyMac & Skillet's Awake Tonight Tour presented by TobyMac's Winter Wonder Slam."

Now in its sixth year, the Winter Wonder Slam, an annual traveling festival of spirit-based contemporary Christian music, will continue its seasonal tradition of joining forces with the U.S. Marine Corps to help with their Toys for Tots campaign.  Toys for Tots aims to provide tangible signs of hope to economically disadvantaged children at Christmas.  Attendees are invited to bring an unwrapped gift to the event, as Marines will be on site to collect toys at every venue.  Each year, Winter Wonder Slam produces multiple sell-outs and sets records for the amount of gifts collected for Toys For Tots.
